What this site collects
- WordPress account data — if you register an account: your username, email address, and the profile details you provide.
- Business data you enter into the ERP modules — CRM contacts, HR records, project data, IoT device data, calendar events and accounting entries. This data belongs to your business (the tenant). It is stored in the site’s database, scoped to your tenant workspace, and is not visible to other tenants.
- Wallet information — the public Avalanche wallet address you bind to your account, your module activation state, and token balance readings taken from the public blockchain. Wallet addresses and balances are public on-chain data; they are not private information.
- Server logs and cookies — standard hosting logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and cookies used for login sessions and site preferences.
What this site never collects
The site never sees, asks for, or stores private keys, recovery (seed) phrases, or wallet passwords. Wallet binding is done by digital signature only — you prove ownership of your wallet without giving up custody of it. If anyone claiming to represent CCJV asks for your recovery phrase, it is not us.
Hashing and anchoring
Records created in the ERP modules are SHA-256 hashed, and the hashes are queued for anchoring on the Avalanche blockchain. Only the hash — a fingerprint that cannot be reversed into the record — is ever placed on-chain. The underlying business records are never published on-chain.
Federation
CCJV operates the core modules centrally for the sector ERPs in the Omnichain ecosystem. When you use a sector ERP, your module activation state (which modules you hold active subscriptions for, and their expiry) is shared between that ERP and the hub so your access works across the federation. Your business records themselves stay scoped to the tenant workspace where you entered them.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as described above (federation activation state), with the service providers below, or where required by law.
Third parties actually used
- Hosting provider — the site is hosted on Canadian web hosting infrastructure; server logs are processed there.
- The Avalanche network — a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, token balances, and record hashes anchored there are public by design.
CCJV does not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics resellers.
Retention
Account and tenant business data are retained while your account and tenant workspace are active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal obligations. Server logs are retained on the hosting provider’s standard cycle. On-chain data (wallet addresses, anchored hashes) is permanent by the nature of a public blockchain and cannot be deleted.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, and ask for your account and personal information to be deleted (business records you are legally required to keep, and public on-chain data, are the exceptions described above). Contact the site administrator at the admin email shown on this site to make a request; we will respond within the time PIPEDA requires.
Changes
